Classical pianist Viktorija Knezevic has performed throughout Europe and the USA. She holds a Master of Music degree with honors in Piano Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music. She graduated from the University of Vermont with the Bachelor of Art degree in Piano Performance and German.
Her piano teachers include one of the most prestigious teachers in the US and Europe, including Randall Hodgkinson, Paul Orgel, Arbo Valdma, and Halina Rafinski. She was chosen to play as the concerto soloist with the University of Vermont orchestra. The first winner of the national Landeswettbewerb Jugend musiziert competition in Germany, she is as well the prizewinner of various chamber music and piano competitions throughout the US and Europe.
Viktorija is an experienced and enthusiastic teacher whose heart lies in teaching music to children. Her students actively participate in performances, festivals, are winners of state-wide competitions, and have performed at prestigious concert halls such as the Jordan Hall in Boston.
When Viktorija is not teaching she is homeschooling her three children, playing tennis with her son, accompanying her daughter who plays the violin, reading, and enjoying spending time with her kids.
Fun fact: Viktorija played Division 1 tennis in college.
